TAX DUTIES AS A NON RESIDENT IN SPAIN

Non residents who own properties in Spain have to face their Tax Duties.

Basically they have to pay:

- To the Council Hall: IBI and Rubbish taxes.

- To the National Administration (Hacienda): 210 Form. This form is used to pay a kind of Wealth annual Tax. You also have to file this form when you rent your property, even though is a short term rental.
